What type of boiler do you need?
Combi Boilers
A combination or 'combi' boiler is both a high efficiency water heater and a central heating boiler in a single compact unit. They are also very cost-effective and energy-efficient as water is heated instantly rather than being heated and then stored in a cylinder.
Heat only Boilers
A heat only boiler is also known as a regular or conventional boiler. These are both terms that you may be more familiar with. The system usually has two tanks situated in the loft, a hot water cylinder and the boiler.
System boilers
A system boiler is a type of boiler that is commonly found in larger homes with greater demands for heating and hot water. By featuring a separate cylinder for storing water, system boilers are able to provide a constant supply of hot water throughout the home, unlike combi boilers which can only heat water on demand. Unlike a heat only boiler, the system has no tanks in the loft and the boiler has built in circulation pump
