What type of system flusing do you need?
Powerflush
A Powerflush is a cleansing process which aims to remove deposits of sludge, rust and any other debris from your central heating system.
These contaminants, if left, can seriously affect the efficiency of a heating system and, in severe cases, a powerflush could be the only option available. Over time the water in your pipes, boiler and radiators deposits unwanted byproducts like rust. This rust (plus other dirt and debris) becomes an unpleasant, mud-like substance that professionals affectionately refer to as 'sludge'.
Sludge in your heating system can cause to blockages and corrosion which will lead to both inefficiency and / or breakdown. In extreme cases it can be so damaging that a complete boiler replacement is needed.
Chemical flush
A chemical boiler flush is a standard process that is usually conducted when a new boiler has been installed. It removes rust & debris inside your system that helps clean your boiler, pipes & radiators - which helps hot water to flow more easily & efficiently. This is only suitable for cloudy/low corroded systems
MagnaCleanse
MagnaCleanse is a new flushing process designed to maintain and protect all domestic central heating systems from the damaging effects of iron oxide sludge build up. Not only does it clean the system, it provides ongoing protection for the boiler with the installation of a MagnaClean filter. This is for medium corroded systems where all radiators still perform.
